Project management has been our specialty based on the involvement of Fairview Group workforce in project implementation. Project Management work is undertaken by the Property Development Division.
Among the succesful completed project management are:

Rescission of Express Condition and Conversion and Subdivision of Lots 3265, 5918 and 1328 , Taman Melawati, Gombak for Negara Properties Sdn Bhd.
Redevelopment of Sect. 14 P.J for Harta Bakti Sdn Bhd consisting of wet and dry market, hawkers emporium, 4 storey shop offices, 15 storey apartment block and a large shopping complex.
Kelana Parkview, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya for Richend Sdn Bhd.
Taman Mutiara Kemuning for Logic Contracts Sdn Bhd.

“ Outright land purchase project of Logic Contracts Sdn Bhd (401717-K) project managed by Fairview Development Sdn Bhd (133984-A)

Mixed development of residential area on 9 acres of land, valued at RM 26 millions. This project was catered for the upmarket demand in Shah Alam. It consists of 127 units of double storey houses. With the commitment from the management and all stakeholders the project was managed to carried out out during the financial crisis and economic downturn. The project was completed with CFO and handed over to our valued homeowners in 2005.

“ Joint venture between Fairview Development Sdn Bhd (133984-A) and Tuan Haji Lokman Sardini (Malay Reserved land owner).

Desa Mutiara Salak consists of 50 units of semi detached single-storey houses and one bungalow has been successfully completed with CFO and handed over in 2002. Total Project value was RM 6.59 million.

“ Joint venture between Richend Sdn Bhd (139063-T) and Majlis Perbandaran Petaling Jaya (MPPJ) now Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ)

Privatised development of MPPJ land at Jalan SS6/2, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The project consists of 4 blocks of luxury condominiums (236 unit), Apartment - 16 units, Office (15 units), Shop (14 units) and OfficeTower (12 storey). this project has been fully completed with CFO and handed over to our valued customers in 1997.

“ Joint venture between Fairview Development Sdn Bhd (133984-A) and Selangor State Incorporated (SSI)

Phase 1A consists of 84 units of low cost houses and 63 units of medium cost houses. Completed in July 1991. Total project value was RM 6.09 million.

Phase 1B consists of 27 units of low cost houses, 6 shoplots and 59 units of low medium cost houses. Completed in December 1994. Total project value was RM 13.52 million.

TAMAN SRI TANJUNG PHASE 2 (MIXED DEVELOPMENT)
“ Joint venture between Fairview Development Sdn Bhd (133984-A) and Selangor State Incorporated (SSI)

Phase 2A consists of 55 units medium cost houses. Completed in July 1991. Total project value was RM 6.09 million.
Phase 2B1 consists of 65 units of medium cost single-storey houses, 32 units of medium cost double-storey and 5 units of shoplots. Completed in November 1999. Total project value was RM 11.05 million.

Phase 2B2 consists of 22 units of medium cost single storey houses and 24 units of medium costs double storey. Total project value is RM 5.15 million. The project was completed with CFO on May 2000.

Phase 2C of Taman Sri Tanjong consisting of 270 units of low cost apartments (5-storey walk-up) has been successfully completed and handed over in October 2001. Total project value was RM 11.3 million.
