GROUP CORPORATE SERVICES (GCSD)
“spearheading the future

The Group Corporate Services Division task is to ensure that every division has selective sustainable opportunities in core areas. This division is also seeking opportunities to create international business unit to carry out the group′s international interests.

On the operational level, the division is responsible to ensure high standard of information, financial management and business strategies throughout the organisation.

This would be translated into profitable, flexible and highly value-added business for the group. The long-term plan is to provide an infrastructure for knowledge-based organisation

The Group Management
Each Division in the group is headed by a Divisional Director. As for the management team, the senior management will be drawn from serving personnel within the group. Besides giving the opportunity to rise in position within the group, this will promote sense of entrepreneurship and at the end the staffs can be the co-owners of the business.

Human Resource
The basic human resource concept in Fairview Group of Companies is simple. We want to develop succesful people within and outside of the organisation. The concentration on human development will be our key area to ensure continuous improvement can be achieved throughout the organisation.

We are proud of having people that have leadership qualities and can take charge when required, logical mind and accountable, highly motivated, understand the social responsibility, professional and ″a class above others″.

The changes in our environment have evolved our organisation. We believe in a lean and mean organisation and multi-skilled workforce. Our organisation is easy to be changed structurally. This is shown in the flat organisation structure and matrix system.
