The group recent projects concentrate on Property Development Division activities. Currently, we are completing Taman Sri Tanjung Phase 3 project with the Gross GDV of RM 50 million.

TAMAN SRI TANJONG PHASE 3
“ Joint venture between Fairview Development Sdn Bhd (133984-A) and Permodalan Negeri Selangor (PNSB)

This 24.4 acre project consists of 480 units of mixed development to cater low to medium cost properties demand in Klang Valley area especially at the Selangor southern corridor.

Taman Sri Tanjung Phase 3 is adjacent to our completed development of Taman Sri Tanjong Phase 1 & 2. It is located in Semenyih Town and can be accessed via Jalan Kajang-Semenyih toward to Jalan Sungai Lalang. The site can be reached approximately 15 minutes from Kajang Town and 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur City Center. TST3 is located in a prime area due to it location linked with SILK highway, KASEH highway, Kajang By-Pass and North South Highway via SILK to nearby towns and city centers. Due to its location within the Southern Corridor growth area the project will give high potential value for the buyer as well as to the investor.

Improvement in product design and finishing. Ceiling height at 11'. Stone cladding. Feature wall. Concrete slab for water storage. Steel roof trussess for termite free environment.

As at 2010, the project is nearing completion.

The units were completed with CFO in 2008 has has been handed over to the homeowners. Total project value of RM 10.5 million

“ Type E (Elegant)

Type E was fully sold out and completed in 2007. The 24 units double storey design is the first double storey introduced under the Phase 3. The unit size of (18´ x 65´) gave our customers value for money product within the affordability range.

“ Type H

Type H design is special since it incorporates bigger size building. The unit size of (22´ x 81´) really was a hit among our house purchasers. There are only 26 units in total and fully sold out. Having a dry and wet kitchen in the design really incorporate our homebuyers inspiration. This project was completed with CFO in 2006 and subsequently handed over to our homeowners.

The first lauching of TST Phase 3 project. Building size (22´ x 60´). Total of 114 units were constructed. The project was completed with CFO in 2005 and subsequently handed over to our homeowners.
